Lymphoedema Support Network or LSN means Lymphoedema Support Network, a charity registered under number 1018749 in England and Wales with its registered offices at, St Luke’s Crypt, Sydney Street, London, SW3 6NH.
Website means www.lymphoedema.org, or any other website under LSN’s ownership or control.
Material means any information, data, text, graphics, links, programming code or other material published, contained or available on the website.
User/You means the individual, firm, company or organisation accessing this website, placing an order or making a donation through this website.

The website is intended for use by UK residents; the information therein may not be appropriate for overseas visitors. Anyone is entitled to view any part of the website and to use, for their own purposes, the information contained in it, provided that:

5.1 This website is intended to provide general information only and should not be considered a substitute for professional advice or medical diagnosis or treatment. So far as permissible by law the LSN does not accept any liability to any person relating to the use of any such information.
5.2 Whilst the LSN has taken every reasonable precaution in compiling this website neither it nor any contributors to the site can be held responsible for any action or inaction taken by any user as a direct or indirect result of information contained therein.
5.3 Whilst the LSN makes all reasonable attempts to exclude viruses from the website it cannot ensure such exclusions and no liability for damage caused through the downloading of viruses can be accepted. Therefore users are recommended to take all appropriate safeguards before downloading information from the website.
5.4 Any organisation wishing to establish a link with this website must obtain the prior, written consent of the LSN. 6.1 What information do we collect?
Personal information is anything that can be used to identify you such as your name, date of birth, postal address, email, telephone number, credit/debit card details. We collect personal information when you ask about our activities, become an LSN member, order products, email us for information, make a donation to us, or otherwise give us personal information.
6.2 How do we use your information?
We use your personal information to provide you with the goods or information you have requested, for administrative purposes and to let you know about changes to our products. We do not sell your information or details to any third party.
For any uses outside of the above we will always tell you what we want to use it for and seek your consent to the use of your personal information.
The LSN is responsible for collecting your personal information and is stored and processed in the UK. Other than as set out in this policy or as required by law, your personal information is not shared with third parties or used in any other way unless you specifically agree.

The LSN shall hold responsibility for the accuracy of the information they publish and neither the Scheme Operator nor the Scheme Owner shall have any responsibility whatsoever for costs, losses or direct or indirect damages or costs arising from inaccuracy of information or omissions in information published on the website on behalf of the LSN.
